I had Silestone in my previous home. The surface chipped/pitted like crazy. It might have been a defective piece. Anyway, I finally had the original installer come out and repair it. They filled in all the chips. It was not invisible on my piece. Maybe it was a bad repair job? We moved soon after that, so I don't know how they held up. Ok, reading back over that, I see I was not very helpful, was I? I'm guessing it can be filled, but it may be noticible. I'd slap a fence on the Raptor and cut the tops down in the house. The inside corners and ends that butt to cabinets and walls would have to be freehanded. The masking and cleanup bill would be about as much as the work itself, but it could be done depending on the size and configuration of the job. Of course this is assuming the edges lip over the cabinets; you can't cut the edge off and expose underlayment. If not, you're back to replacement. Here is a link that might be useful: Raptor

HU: HD contracts with different fabricators all across the country. They like to award all the work in a particular state to a single fabricator.

Replace, replace, replace! in my opinion. You deserve a new flawless countertop, that is what you payed them for. They would not like it if you handed them only one half of a check which had been torn in half in payment. Please don't settle, and please don't pay them until they make it right. Just my humble opinion.
