Kitchens Design Dilemma dining room

We are finishing up a renovation of our kitchen which includes completely opening up the space between kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has lots of natural and indoor lights, white cabinets, blue pearl granite and wood look vinyl plank flooring.
Our backsplash is light blue. ( https://www.artistictile.com/b-train-azul-cbtazgc312). There is only a little open wall space that needs painting in the kitchen and we thought we could paint a color that ties the dining room and kitchen together.

We spend a lot of time in out dining room. It’s where meals, homework, evening and weekend gatherings happen. The dining room has one set of windows that face east. Window trim and molding will be white.

We are looking to create an inviting, comfortable space that also looks great for entertaining. We’ve tried a few samples on the wall. But nothing seems to right. Any suggestions welcome.

Your kitchen is pale (and lovely). Your East facing room needs a special color. I vote for B.M. Spring Meadow. It will tie in nicely with your granite.

I use it with fern prints. This white canvas would look fabulous on the dining room walls either with the green walls or the violet walls.

If you want to stay more monochromatic, B.M. Violet Mist is another perfect color for East light.

A big vote for a basic gray to be used throughout the whole area -- THEN add your orange accents in fabrics, artworks, rugs etc. In time -- and perhaps according to the seasons -- you MIGHT want to switch accent colors -- and this way -- it is easier to do .... Also -- perhaps consider waiting until you can find an inspiration piece -- like an area rug or artwork -- and THEN match the color and shade of gray -- MUCH easier to do in that order! :) For example check out BM Willowcreek #1468 -- a medium (but still fairly light warm gray) .... Hope you don't mind some thoughts!

Don’t panic…I just finished a living/dining room with high ceilings and it came out so gorgeous. B.M. Mesquite. Looks wonderful with Hale Navy. Unfortunately the inspiration photo has used purple, but I hope you see the possibility.

To have the best flow and harmony, paint everything one color. Isn't having one space the reason you opend up the space? Do coordinate the new color with your fireplace and floor in the warm direction. A color consultant could really help you tie together your furnishings with your visible "givens," fireplace, floors, big sofa. A warm white would work beautifully in your living area and kitchen. Some of the pros can make suggestions. Could you take some photos in daylight standing with your back to the French doors?

So we have We have an open living room and kitchen and now we need to pay it off of him trying to transpire everything for the house we have a beautiful room is done and then we have in the end of the house office that needs to be painted also and we just stumbling with the colors we have like a rustic Arizona feeling luck and we wanna pop in my living room area and we have a lot of windows and door so we don’t want to do like a accent wall I am just so overwhelmed bathroom is done like a spa with marble floor we are happy,now We need to come with transition from walking in into the living room dining room kitchen and office color scheme our floors is oak wood and the pool and kitchen cabinet are cherry wood please help thank you

Also we will have a large colorful painting on a white canvas in the dining room. I am hoping to find 2 small buffet cabinets to go on either side of the painting which will go on the wall to left in the picture. Thanks again
