Regular Recessed Lights in a Sloped Ceiling - how will it look?

I'm planning to install recessed lights in my kitchen, which has sloped ceilings that meet in the center of the kitchen (like an 'A'). I am planning to install 8 recessed lights on each sloped ceiling, for a total of 16 recessed lights covering a floor area of ~21' x 20'.

The ceilings are only sloped about 10 degrees (~2 ft rise over a ~10 ft run), which to me doesn't seem that sloped.

I was hoping to use the Cree CR4T 4" LED downlights (https://lighting.cree.com/products/indoor/retrofit-downlights/crt-series) because of their high quality of light for a good price. At 790 lumens each, that gets me about ~31 lumens per sq ft.

These aren't available in a sloped trim that points the light perpendicular to the ground, but they do have a deeper trim (where the light is set back ~1" into the trim) which I feel could minimize glare.

Would using these regular, non-sloped trim downlights in my sloped ceiling be a bad idea?
