Looking for an affordable good quality Sectional sofa.
Comments (4)Thanks for the feedback. My preference is for a stationary sectional with a traditional look (nothing modern), don't need recliners and want firm cushions due to back issues...I attached a photo of my current couch. It took me 8 months to find the Broyhill and thought we found a gem with the firm Duracoil cushions. This was our 3rd Broyhill and we still have a leather couch that we love and the other one lasted 17 years with a houseful of kids. Broyhill has gone way downhill and the Duracoil technology is a bust! The thought of picking out another couch makes me cringe...off to Pilgrim tonight. We might go with something in leather....See MoreOT: Small sectional sofas?
Comments (12)I have a family room that is off the kitchen too. MY DH loves our Natuzzi. They make many different styles, colors and sizes. I love being able to read near my kitchen. I agree a sofa that you sink into doesn't work when you are reading a cook book with something on the stove. Not knowing your style, colors etc.. I found a few sofas that are apartment size. These tend to be smaller. Rowe is normally large but they do have a few that are small. How about Baers sectional? Bergstorm is a furniture that sells small cozy sofas? Here are some pictures. ~boxerpups...See MoreSectional Sofa Brands for Less!
Comments (7)love love our maiden home thompson bed and jones sectional. i did more reaearch then i care to admit befor buying and think quality and design wise its a few notches above. joybird, article, burrow are not really comparable - they are closer to the ikea end of the spectrum. i think of my maiden home stuff as rh level design but far better quality (made in north carolina) and a much more reasonable price. hope that helps!...See MoreBumper Sectional Sofa Help
Comments (4)I have an old bumper sectional from Room & Board that I need to replace and I have been hunting for bumper sectionals too. I have been looking for made in the USA and something equal or better quality than what I have now. Many of the mid-high end furniture brands have customizable sectionals and you have to dig into the specifications to see if they offer a bumper option. I have not yet pulled the trigger on any of them yet.
