Capitata What?
Comments (28)I'm not sure, WL, but I think it's safe to assume it will last a lot longer if you DON'T cut it. We sell a lot of Aechmeas, Porteas, and the occasional Vriesea and Guzmania as cuts. I generally figure they should hold up for about a week, but some don't last that long, while others can go much longer. Only one way to find out..........See MoreAnybody bored and wanna trade?
Comments (4)Sure lol... its funny what we see everyday and take for granted.. I don't think much of it.. old tobacco barns are common here, and they are kinda a dessicating thing of the past due to the government buyout of small tobacco farmers... Thanks for the appreciation =) John...See MorePicking a comforter would look good with my rug?
Comments (16)I was just going to recommend the pleated puckered ones from west elm. I think they'd add some nice texture and movement without a pattern. On my monitor the background looks like the green leans very gray-- if so, I think a liter gray would be great. If your husband wants darker, I'd be tempted to give a go at finding a turquoise that matches or is at least tonal. Yes, it will be hard to match but it's an on trend color and you have plenty of options. I have bought a few comforters and throws from The Company Stores recently for dorm room gifts-- and I'll say that their colors tend to be a little darker/less bright than photographed. I think it would be worth trying them-- and I've always had good luck with their quality. Based on my experience with the same line (I bought purple), I'd try the Prussian Blue.. again, no promises on color so make sure they have a great/easy return policy.. but i think it could work for you and make a stunning room. Comments (9)Just a tip, Giant Bird of Paradise in the back ground would be really striking. Once established they are suprisingly drought resistant. I hardly ever water mine expect in the hottest months I'll do a deep soak. I would do the fescue on both sides... try not to use too many varieties of plants as your pool design is elaborate so I would stick to just clean , bold plants. Some phormium would be lovely too... Instead of blue fescue, have you considered Senecio (blue chalksticks)? Would be striking against the sandy colored coping. Blue Fescue tends to get a bit bleached out in the summer......See Moreshirlpp
