I have espresso cabinets and Cambria Snowdon White in my kitchen. I am doing ceramic for my backsplash, but marble was my back-up. The SW has a soft gray fleck and some slight warmth that I think looks nice with marble. A stark white may make the marble look dirty, IYKWIM. Do you actually have the marble in hand? You should be able to look at a sample and see which one looks best. The grain in these counters is so very minimal, it will not be a problem with the floor. Looking at the C-stone site, I think Eggshell may be closer to what I have. Have you looked at other brands? It may be that none of the three seems like the right choice because there is something better out there. I would be looking at less stark colors, with a smidge of warmth in them...

I was set on white Caesarstone on my espresso dark cabinets, but today I saw River White granite, and I think I'm in love! It's got just enough movement in it to be unique, but I think it will still read as very white. There was a Snowdrift, that had more movement, more "quartz" looking pieces, and seemed a bit more goldish. I want to stay toward the grey end of things, so I was drawn to a granite called Stillwater Gray as well. I can't believe how many new granites and/or names there are since I built 5 years ago! (Went looking for a piece of Rainforest green to use vertically on an accent wall, and stopped in my tracks when I saw Aurora Borealis!)

Masterbrand companies (Diamond, Kemper, and Schrock) have a new color for 2019 called Icy Avalanche. It's a pale, soft gray (it's called an off-white with gray undertones by the companies) using Sherwin Williams paint of the same name but the SW color itself is a definite gray, very light, very pale, very soft. Because the Masterbrand line (Schrock, in this case) white cabs are so very white, I was wondering if pairing the pale, soft light gray cabs of Icy Avalanche would work with the Bianco Drift. Yes, it would be a monochromatic look which would have to have something like nickel hardware to provide pop. I have a family room, dinette, kitchen combo (small kitchen) and while I love white cabs, I'm wondering if the pure white might overtake the large rectangular room. The Schrock "white" is NOT a shrinking violet, not a blue white, not an icy white but a bright milky white. The other off- white color which people often use in the Masterbrand line of companies is Coconut, but in my kitchen that color shows its slight yellow undertone, and I don't want yellow undertones. Has anyone seen the Icy Avalanche (with NO stain or glaze)? Any thoughts?

There are hundreds of white kitchens with granite counters that have been posted on this forum, including Bianco Antico and similar stones like Alaska White, White Delicatus, Lennon, etc. There are thousands of granites used for kitchen counters, with every shade and color imaginable. To say that granites are hard to pair with white cabinets is nonsensical. T B - I did a quick search for Bianco Antico kitchens, and I'll link a thread that came up.
