Plumb closet wall frame. Who should I call??

So I'm currently undergoing co-op renovations. Hired some awful contractors who have damaged the property rather than adding value (see post about bathroom horror). Nonetheless, had closet doors measured and installed only to find the closet frame is not plumb (being generous) on one side. I'd like to fix it but being that I have a limited budget, I cannot afford to make major changes to close the visible gap between the closet door and the wall frame.

Do I search for a handyman, a carpenter, or general contractor for help? Poor contracting work...the gift that keeps on giving. Would appreciate any input. This gut renovation has killed my soul.
