IMO painting them a warm white will be grear, but before that i would work on decluttering the kitchen and think about removing all the stuff above the cabinets.I would do stainless pulls and faucet , with the new wood floor I would stay a bit lighter for the counter and maybe just use laminate instead of spending a huge amount of money for quartz or granite.If you can afford to have the cabinets painted professionally you might want to explore the opportunity to get you new cabinets and maybe rework the kitchen layout a bit since painting is a very expensive choice.

Yes too much clutter ! Just got home from trip and didn’t de clutter .ltime to get rid of stuff over counters ...but these are colors above in considering ..brown pulls and faucet as we have warn colors and craftsman style everywhere else ... probabky do laminate counters and vinyl wood floors to match seamless look of same .. floors ?

I think we may replace doors as they are cheap looking and painting wouldn’t last you’re right ..how could we refigure layout without plunging or wall changes? I hate the open area above cabinets too .

elings are tall but slanted .triple wide manfg home ..hubby is diy guy but don’t want to reconfigure , just floors ,,cabinets and counters .white door leads to pantry ...no ikea store nearby ..budget conscious .dont want granite ...what do you suggest for floor ...new tiles of some kind instead of wood look ? not sure about white cabinets but too much dark wood in Living area let’s out any darker cabinets and our colors are Brick , almond , khaki

Present kitchen floor is Vinyl tile look one piece no real grout .i want easy care as we are seniors .its starting to look faded ..

I like laminate wood for kitchen ? Maybe a different color but everything I read says keep color same when open to living area viny atea .or switch to some kind of tile ?

Choose a tile that will go good with the hardwood and everything else in a vinyl groutable type tile, or find a regular solid piece that will also go with the hardwood floors and everything else in regular sheet vinyl flooring. Nothing with a wood grain for kitchen flooring, unless, you can match in your wood floors from the rest of the house in perfectly.
