This is trickier than you think. If you choose and "off white" for the cabinet paint and keep your totally white appliances, the cabinet paint will look like whatever undertone is in the white, most likely yellow. They'll look like they need to be painted even though you've just painted them. I would recommend painting them an actual color in your granite. These are all Ralph Lauren paints, but you can find similar colors at SW if you like their paint. The top image is your Kilim Beige, bottom is your granite. Consider other beiges (like Edwardian Linen), greys (like Cove Point) , taupes (like Antique Bone), and browns (like Desert Caftan). If you really want white cabinets, choose a white that matches your appliances - they look fine with the granite, right?

Jeanette Vey, My apologies for the delayed response, Houzz has not been sending us alerts/notifications. You can go down to your local hardware store/Home Depot or Lowes and ask the tile department for a bottle of cleaner and grout sealer. Clean the tile and grout according to the specs and directions. Follow through with the grout sealer- there should be step by step directions posted on the back of the bottle. Sealers come in spray bottles for an easy DIY project. We always recommend sealing the grout, especially if it is white. As I think of it now, I can't remember us never not doing the sealing process with our backsplashes. Here is a link to google, how that backsplash should have been installed. There are some u tube videos too. I watched one video, where they used grout, between the countertop and the backsplash, and grout should not be used there. Caulking shud be done between backsplash and countertop. My backsplash is also caulked in all the corners, rather than grouted. Once you watch these videos and read these articles, you will see that your thinset was put on improperly, and thats why your tiles are falling off. Get a sample of your cabinet doors, and then bring it to visit the samples of counters in your favorite show room. Nobody can guess.
