Another issue - sconces don't give off great light for makeup application. I would suggest a small recessed light over each sink as well or some additional lighting for makeup (a wall mounted lighted makeup mirror, etc.)

Those lights are really cool. I love the way they look and think from a design perspective the clear glass would probably fit the design better. However, from strictly a functional perspective and how comfortable the lighting would be to live with, I'd go with opaque glass. My eyes are sensitive to light and whenever I'm in a space with bare bulbs, it kills my eyes and gives me a headache.

Wow this is good to know. I realy thought there was a difference. Often I find I am not observant enough about things and regret later something that was obvious to everyone else. I hope this makes sence.

Mike, I remember helping you before. Glad you're mounting the sconces on the mirror, which will give you some light bounce. I would draw out the vanity and wall on graph paper and place the sconces accordingly. The issue is the unusually large space between the sinks causing your sconces to look shoved to the ends of the mirror. You do not want option B, overhead lighting. You might get away with three sconces but you'll probably need four with the slim style. You should consult a lighting store to be sure they'll provide enough light.
