I like my first idea best as far as use of space. I know people say not to put toilets on an outside wall. We had one in our last house in Iowa, but we had 2X6 construction. I don't know how high your window is, but I'm guessing the toilet would fit under there. The shower would be 5 feet long or shorter if you want a wider space to get to the toilet. (kind of tight the way I have drawn). You could do a 5 and half foot long shower and do an angled door at the left end to allow room between the shower and toilet. The vanity would be about 7 feet long, unless you do a 60 inch vanity with a linen cabinet at the door. I would reverse entry door swing if you do that.. The second top right could work and you would still have a small closet. The bottom left plan would require waterproofing your front window. Hopefully someone will give you other ideas. The bottom right plan is bigger, but no closet. Each square equals 1 foot.

Thanks, cpartist! I appreciate your input. I feel like the hallway is exceptionally short, but I guess it's better to have more room for door-swing into the bedrooms? The longer windows would give me a sill height of 27" vs 31", which means that I couldn't fit a desk beneath if I wanted it there. Though I think I could raise the windows a tad so that they are 28-30" sill height, but don't align with the door height. Would it make more sense for that height to match around the room?

First, you'll need to have a functioning closet/wardrobe so your clothes are not exposed. I would take a look at IKEA wardrobes and put them on the wall your desk is currently on. Something like these (the style of the units, not the layout of the room): By having drawers under the closet parts, you can then get rid of the dresser. Center your bed on the wall that currently has the dresser, then put your desk on one side and a nightstand on the other.

That sounds like a lot of seating. The dressers are the wrong scale for this space. Get a bureau for the TV wall (facing the foot of the bed) and get a tabletop TV that sits on top...not a wall mount. I think a low loveseat (at the foot of the bed) and nice big round ottoman plus the new bureau should be enough furniture to balance the space. Especially with drapes and your purple chair and a dressing mirror. Definetly get drapes and be sure to hang them wider than the window frame. A nice large rug for the whole room will cozy up and unify both halves. Leave about 2 feet perimeter of wood floor all the way around. I have a concept drawing attached (not to scale). There is room for your purple armchair as part of a dressing area with a long floor or wall mirror to the left of the window.
