Comments (3)Only one, and it has nothing to do with that unit. We once bought a (brand new) unit in a condominium and found out that they vented the dryer to the attic space. LOL. The builders couldn't get enough units sold to close in a timely manner and we converted to renting until we bought a house. Comments (2)Will your washer and dryer be atop pedestals? If so, then perhaps a pedestal height shelf below a counter might be another solution? This would free the counter space and somewhat reduce stooping. Consider installing a bathroom fan in the laundry space with a timer wall switch to alleviate the need for a door between the closet to address humidity. Comments (27)Thank you so much everyone. This is so helpful! The window would be on the wall nearest to the outdoor stairs down. It is facing south to the backyard and woods behind the house. But after seeing Mark Bishak’s comment and photos I don’t think I have any room for a window.
