Help on mixing metals

We just moved into a new (to us) home. We want to keep the cabinets but we don't particularly like the brushed nickel hardware on the cabinets. Before we replace the hardware on the cabinets we have to purchase a light for our living rm since there’s no light. The living room is open to the kitchen. We really like this chandelier (see below) and we can get it in black or bronze. We have other 4 other rooms that need new lights and I’m finding most of the chandeliers I like that would work for these rooms come in black. I have a few questions before we buy anything

1) should I stick with 1 color for all the lights on the main floor (I have a fairly open floor plan) I think if I stick with 1 color it would wind up being black iron

2) if I need to stick with 1 color for the lights should the kitchen cabinets be the same metal?

3) without consideration for the finish on the chandeliers what’s the best hardware finish for these medium brown cabinets?
