Update to my pavlova,meringue cake topped with fruit.

This did not turn out looking very nice like the original picture but it tasted delicious.

i realized that I did not beat my egg white long enough and when I tried to mound them on the parchment paper it kept spreading out and not staying upright. But I will know for next time and like I said it was great tasting. For the birthday I only decorated half because I have to use so delicious coco whip instead of whipped cream because of my daughters diet restrictions and the cocowhip is wonderful but melts into liquid very fast so I just do half at a time.

i also would like a tried and true recipe for a hard chocolate fudge. Not hard like a rock but a bit hard and not the creamy version. If anyone has that for me it would be appreciated.
