provogal, That sculpture really hit me! Any parent who has lost a child even from so called 'natural causes' knows that grief. To have lost one due to such senselessness as Sandy Hook, I cannot comprehend how much deeper grief can affect the griever.

Provogal that piece is outstanding in its portrayal of grief. Loss of a significant person leaves us rough on the edges and vacant inside. Amazing artist. Where is it located?

This book makes a comforting gift to someone grieving the loss of a loved one. The poem tells that a loved one is all around us in nature. (Not sure there is much comfort for the Sandy Hook parents, though. My heart aches for them.)
