I saw a phoebe in my backyard yesterday. It was upper teens, low 20's! I just have never seen them in such cold times. (Central Indiana). We have them all summer and Fall, but I don't recall seeing them in these temps. It's going to have a hard time finding flying insects. Do they know to travel more south when it gets this cold for very long?
