I'm in the Ann Arbor, MI area. We have checked all the beds (several times), and haven't noticed anything, and they are also encased in heavy duty, sealed plastic. I have heard that what we are experiencing is not uncommon. The past summer was typical of a summer that you might have down south, where people typically have problems with mites. I noticed that the dog was scratching more than usual, and at the same time, I had sort of like itchy mosquito bites on my left elbow. Took the dog to the vet and she said he had fleas. She had me treat the dog, the area inside where he spends most of him time and sleeps (washing bedding & toys), and spraying the area outside where he goes the bathroom. He never improved, and I purchased a flea trap, and we never caught a thing after 1 week. Took the dog back to the vet, and she said he didn't have mites. Besides the doctors we've seen, I've talked with our county environmental health, and health dept. I've talked with the owners of several exterminating businesses and owners who sell the product. They believe it's mites, and said we might never get rid of them. Bites are more of a needle like prick. You might see a little red spot, but nothing else. They are active mostly at night time.

Hey there, congrats on the lovely kitchen reno. As for cleaning, I use stainless steel wipes on my stainless, you just give them a wipe and then use a soft cloth (ideally microfibre) to wipe off the cleaner. You can find them at Walmart. I use cerama bryte on my glass cooktop, you can also buy cerama bryte sponge things to go with the cleaner. Just squirt some on, rub it around with the dry sponge and wipe off with a paper towel or microfibre cloth. For wiping down my white cabinets I again love my microfibre cloths (which by the way you can buy a big pack of on amazon), or I use a soft wet sponge first if somethings stuck on and microfibre after. I also love the microfibre for wiping down trim. I’m not much help for the granite as I have quartz so I’ll leave that to others. Also, I just bought some handy oven liners that just lay on the bottom of the oven and catch spills and prevent baked on messes, and I’m pretty excited lol. I never thought I’d be so enthusiastic about cleaning my kitchen but since we moved into our new home a few months ago I find it pretty satisfying haha. I hope this helps!

That's just the color of the water, it looks blue, it's normal here, but it's clean. We cleaned it with a strong chlorine cleaner several times before using it. But I read somewhere that using this type of product might lead to damaging the material from which the jets are made. We can't find any special products for a jacuzzi bath, only for pools where the water is standing all the time. I read that some people use dishwasher tablets but again it might damage the materials. I need to find the manufacturer of this tub and contact them about the cleaning recommendations. Just thought that others might have a similar tub and tell us what they are using.

Another post asked for a picture so i just took one. This was installed less than 6 months ago. The first time they did it, there was a leak. So they ripped out and did again.
