bathroom mirror and wall sconces spacing

Hello. We are doing bathroom remodeling and everything goes not the way I planned ♀️
Anyways, we though we will put 60in single vanity and built the niche for recessed 40x30in lighted Kohler mirror/medicine cabinet. That would have look great with single sink vanity. However, we changed our mind and bough 60in double vanity But we have this mirror and all the electrical and niche ready for that mirror. I am afraid it will look small and not good due to double sink vanity. So I was thinking to put wall sconces around the mirror. The problem is I only have 7.25 inches of space between mirror and the wall. Would it be enough to put 5in wide sconces in order for it to look good? Also should I do electrical sconces or look for candle once, since mirror already coming with the lighting?
I want this bathroom to look good and not sure what am I doing anymore. Please help
P.S. on the picture is the photo of the wall space with measurements.

I have seen this and it doesnt cause any more glare than a fixture mounted to the side or one that extends over the mirror from the top. Any part of the fixture that faces the mirror (excluding that part butted right against the glass) has to be decent looking because you will see its reflection in the mirror.

Above. You don't want to use the mirror with your face being side-lit. Sconces only when you can light both sides of the face. I'd do something like two 3-lights or two light bars here.

Thanks, Chispa. The ceiling fan was installed this week, so I can finally see in the bathroom. Here are pictures taken without flash. The black walls make it look darker, but when the drywall goes up, that will help. The floors, walls, shower tile, etc. will be light colored. Plus the shower is essentially open with two walls of glass. The toilet will be on the left corner where the towel is on the floor. The tub will go on the lower left where the missing tiles are. The two yellow circles represent where the lights will go above the vanity. There is not much room since the vanity is 48" wide. I could move the vanity to the wall on the right, but I believe the lights would not be bright enough to reach the door. If I put two lights with 100 watt bulbs on the toilet wall, the lights should reach the door. I guess I could put a double light on each side of the mirror, but I have not seen any pictures of double lights on each side of a mirror. The first is 18" wide and the second is 12" wide. That takes away space for the mirror which I need to reflect light. I would rather have a 36" mirror than a 24" mirror. It looks like a single light on each side of the mirror will have to do.

My mirror is roughly the size of yours. When planning my remodel, I used a 60" wall in my bedroom (the width of my vanity) but could have easily taped out a section of any wall. The blue, horizontal tape in the photo is counter height, and I hung my mirror there. I then cut out sconces in the rough size of some I liked and taped them up to see if I liked the dimensions. I did.
