I rarely write comment online. But, please DO NOT order from this company. I placed an order about a month ago. 5 items came. I received an email that 2 items are in backordered, still haven't received them. They keep changing the date. Now, I am chasing back for an item that I placed, but the customer service said I had never placed the item, instead they told me I placed something else which is out of stock. I told them I never placed that item, and I have the original order which was sent to my email. No supervisor available. Everytime I called, I am talked on the phone for an hour and a simple problem is not sloved. All I need is to have money ($15.98) back to my creditcard for the items out of stock. Not asking for more. Very very frustrated!!!

Xuan, He doesn't have a website, he has a catalog. I *think* you can place your own order, but it will cost you tons of money. The reason we go in on group orders is to save money (but obviously I think you'd have a hard time finding enough people to go in on an order where you live!). The costs include the cost of each cutting you order, shipping from Australia to you, and then the phytosanitary certificate (I *think* that last year's group order to the U.S. was over 100 dollars for just shipping and phyto, but I'm not sure if that cost depends on amount of cuttings ordered or if it's a straight fee...I do know that's the reason we do the group order - to split that fee). Have you verified that the Winnepeg Costco actually has the Blue Stars in stock? A couple of months ago, I called the Candadian Costco nearest to me (Regina) and was told that Blue Stars were not stocked in the Regina, Saskatoon or Calgary warehouses, and had to be purchaed online. I was told that BS stoves were only stocked in the warehouses in BC and Ontario, that the stoves had to be purchased from Sotco online and delivered to a Canadian address. Have you verified the stove is carried in the Winnepeg warehouse?

It's China's version of Amazon. At least Amazon makes an effort to guard your info, I can't say the same for Alibaba. If you have problems with your items expect no customer service. And, like Amazon, they have a major counterfeiting problem. Finally, if you scroll down the page you will notice a link for "Get paid for your feedback". reviews counterfeiting
