Looks like you have it thought out. I would suggest picking your roof color before you pick your paint color. Paint color is much easier to change over the years. Personally, I would pick a very neutral shade such as grey or black (like you suggested). This way you have many other color options for the color of your home as time goes on. You can find a beige/grey to soften the red in your brick. Versus a cooler grey (Wow that looks really blue next to the top one- but when by themselves, they both look more grey) It will be nice to see how your roof impacts the look of your home over the course of the year and throughout the different seasons. I am not sure where you are located but a north facing home, in the northern US, a grey will take on more of those blue tones. Yes, I would make those attic vents blend in. Many pieces I have may appear a different color than they really are in person. Everything I own is not all in the brown/beige/tan family. I actually have many things in the grey tone along with white, only my walls are beige. My floors are getting changed to a grey wood look ( I forgot to mention that) The only brown I have is the wood shelves and fireplace mantle (kitchen table has a grey tone). Once the floors are gone that element of "brown" will be gone. I will picture some examples of what I want to incorporate below. Floors... A leather chair I want to eventually replace with the chair I have..... Some type of small wood coffee table with some small round ottomans (at different heights)... Large plexiglass frames to replace large gold shelve against wall.. Not certain on area rugs or curtains and many other little extras. My home is still a work in progress and I am enjoying the process. Any tips, advice or kind words are appreciated.

Ceiling, Alabaster in flat finish, trim, Alabaster in semi-gloss finish. Because the cabinets are abutting the ceiling and Alabaster isn’t true white, I would worry that a ceiling “white” would make the cabs look drab.

Love your inspiration photo. Can you remove your storm door or replace it with a full view one? Painting your door won't have much effect if you can't see it!
