Help! What model linear fireplaces can I put TV directly above?

I am needing a specific type of fireplace, and was hoping some pros can help. The knowledge from local vendors is lacking....

~60-72" linear fireplace

gas, direct vent

ability to mount TV directly above

prefer double glass fireplaces (no mesh screen), but would consider screen.

We prefer some kind of venting system that re-routes the heat up and out, or through the sides of the fireplace. There won't be heat coming off the front of the fireplace itself, but at least it will heat the room, and could be used for heat if power failure.

We have seen models where ALL of the heat is exhausted out of the house, so essentially the fireplace is cosmetic only. Do NOT prefer this.

Here are some models we thought would be possibilies, but after receiving quotes, they came in much higher than we were expecting.

72" Regency City Series (San Francisco model): $17k installed

74" Napoleon Luxuria: $17k installed

62" Napoleon Luxuria: waiting on quote

66" Valor L3: waiting on quote, this has screen, so need to make sure zero clearance is possible

When we started this process, we were assuming we could find something that would max out at about $13-14k installed. Did I estimate incorrectly, or are these prices crazy?

Any other models?

I appreciate any advice you can provide!
