Thank you. Another factor is that I don have 220V circuit in my kitchen so it doesn't make sense to get electrical upgrade while all-gas can do the job equally well. Good to know that you had good experience with the brand. Jenn-Air reviews are very limited while if you find some those are negative given folks post negative more than positive

I’m really loving the middle one, copper with stainless Steel accents- what do you think? Our appliances are slate. My cabinets are painted Galveston Grey by Benjamin Moore. Hardwood planks are 10.5 inch rustic select called Ravenna. Granite countertops are called Baltic tan, which we decided to keep. Still trying to decide on hardware. Would love some feedback (ps- I’ve already gone through the discussion of the countertop being warm and cabinets being on the cool spectrum even though I chose a neutral/warm grey paint...hubby not budging on new countertops so I’m pulling it all together and it will turn out fabulous!)

My last house was a MCM with no hood vent -- the vent was in the ceiling in the middle of the room. The filmy layer of grease that collected on the walls up toward the ceiling and on the cabinets was disgusting -- made worse by the dust that stuck to it. Furniture and decor items in other rooms even had a very fine layer of grease on them. What a constant mess. Finally had an OTR microwave w/vent put in, which was by far better but still not that great -- it at least kept the grease from dispering all over the place. At this house, the hood fan isn't a very good one (will be replaced soon), it has mesh filters and if I forget to clean them oh yes the grease DOES drip down onto the stove. So yea...agree with above comments about cleaning the filters and how likely are you to do it if you have to get on a ladder.
