Help with kitchen floor please!

Below is pic of my victorian hallway tiles which I’ve almost finished restoring. Second photo is leading into the kitchen which is being replaced with whitish cabinets and wooden worktops. As you can see there are red quarry tiles leading into kithen, downstairs loo and under the vinyl in the kitchen. They are not in fantastic condition (some carpet gripper holes) and under screed in the kitchen. It’s so difficult to match tiles to the existing hallway which I want to keep - my question is should I try to restore the red quarries or what else could I

lay? Btw the dining room which also leads off from the kitchen has the original floorboards. Any suggestions would be a massive help! Thank you
