Palm Plant - ID & Care Needs

I have inherited the care of a palm plant at the office due to a staff member leaving. It is in fairly rough shape, with several dry tips/dying fronds.

Would one (or more) of you kind and knowledgeable people be able to assist me with an identification and tips for care? It was in a very hot, sunny space in it's old office and, unfortunately, it is now in a very low light situation in my office. I'm not sure whether the heat burned the leaves and/or whether the low light will be any better for it. I'm assuming it needs a lot more humidity though, which will also be a challenge!

I have never had much success with growing palms, but I want to do my best!
