I must warn you: When looking up stuff about photography, you'll get addicted to it! I have had more cameras and lenses in the past five years than most have in a life time. Each had a specific purpose and function. I took photography in HS, way back when film was still used in the majority of cameras (94-98). I had a small hiatus, but I took up to hobby again. ZJoe

love the black and white suggestion! you can do so much with it in terms of accent colors. Leopard, zebra or koi, in a bold color choice, would also look amazing. (the zebra/koi come in many diff colors.) Or, what if you painted the walls a dramatic color? this is similar to yours. you could do a black mirror and if possible, switch you light over to some cool sconces. (not these, but something a bit modern/industrial) or just get a new vanity light. I love this one from west elm. (see wood medicine cab below) Tried to photoshop something..... you could also do a black or navy ceiling, bright white walls, and bring in bold color towels or art. peacock blue wall and ceiling. your ceilings are tall enough so you could carry this off OK. this is PB recessed medicine cab. I like any metal finish. (black would work if you're going w/the black and white paper west elm has this one in wood or silver

Instead of wallpapering, I’d avoid the trouble and cost, just paint a great paint color and add colorful curtains to hide the clothes. Add a large piece of art on the far wall and unique lighting in ceiling. It will be a lively space and if landlord requires, slapping on white paint before you move is pretty easy. Also replace lighting to the original and take your light with you.

No matter what paper you go with, I would also paper the ceiling with it as well. If you are going to mix and match patterns dont be shy about it and really envelop the space. Consider painting the inside of the door as well. @Jilly had a good last pic. If you used it, I’d do the ceiling amd paint the back of the door the background color of the wallpaper.
