A regular double toggle switch isn't the same thing as Despard, if that's what you want. One way to tell Despard from regular receptacles/switches is that with Despard, the wall plate screw holes are very close to the edge of the plate. I think both Leviton and Pass & Seymour still make the switches and you'd need the yoke if you don't have one to reuse. The yoke is what holds them in place and the cover plate screws into the yoke. I haven't done business with them or have any affiliation with the company but place that sells them here. Frankly, the prices seem a little high but the switches can be a little hard to find.

I bought mine on Remodel Market—they list some of their hoods here on Houzz as well. After it arrived, I gave it to my house painter to paint in his studio with his gun. I got the paint from the cabinet maker we used. I looked into having the cabinet Maker paint the hood but they would have charged more than twice what my painter charged. It was a bit riskier, but it worked out beautifully. I was able to take that risk because my hood is not flanked by cabinets. If it had been, the paint colors likely would have been very subtly different if painted by different painters/on different days/under different conditions. But with our layout it looked great. And, yeah, was about half the price it would have been if we’d bought the hood from the cabinet place. And it has a much better blower than we would have gotten with them.

This is custom. You will not be able to find this in any store. The boards are carefully selected, cut to size on site, finished professionally. My DH could do this for me because he has years of experience with his hobby woodworking. A custom cabinetmaker could do this. It really depends on your budget, your plans to stay in the house, and how much you want it.
