Is Bona Traffic HD difficult to work with?

We just put new red oak flooring in the living room of a lake house we are renovating. The existing hardwood in the kitchen is also red oak, but it has aged to an awful yellow that we don’t like. Our contractor is going to sand the existing floors down and then finish both floors. I would like a natural look... a low gloss with no added color. Based on all the great posts I’ve read here, I’m leaning towards Bona classic seal with Bona Traffic HD in satin. Does that sound like the right choice for the look I want? I read one post that said Bona is VERY hard to work with. Is that true? Our contractor is a hardwood floor guy only... that’s all he does and he’s very good. But he’s never used Bona products (I don’t think he’s ever used anything but oil based finishes). This picture shows the new floor. It still needs to be sanded and then finished. Thank you.
