Comments (2)I don't use Outlook so all I can offer is something that may help. At first it seems a strange place to look but I've found helpful how-to videos on a lot of subjects on youtube.com. I typed 'business contact manager' in the youtube search bar and got a lot of hits. You might want to look through them and see if you find anything that helps....See MoreBest Project Management Software
Comments (5)This kind of software is often limited to an operating system. Contractors often use Windows and architects often use Macs. What is yours? You should ask your contractor to provide a schedule because you will be constantly hounding him for information in order to update the schedule and you don't want to usurp his responsibility for that aspect of the project. For tracking project costs there are many Excel templates available that only cost $25 or so and allow a free trial. It might be difficult to find a good one simply because project management means different things to contractors, architects and owners and there are so many different kinds of projects and delivery methods; for instance, yours is not a common one for home building....See MoreCollection Management Software
Comments (3)A lot of work and not much reward. I have about 1000 orchids and the only record I have is the plant tags.....they are so easily mislaid during the repotting process so I end with Unknowns. Some people even record how much they paid for plants and keep records by hand. I do keep a lot of records because I am the general dogsbody at a local orchid society. That is over 20,000 records in a database going back years. These records are needed to print info. in bulletins and to work out the Annual Pointscore winners in various categories. Maybe keep photos in something like Flickr, You can easily put them into Albums that would be pertinent to your collection....See MoreUser
