Rubber Plant Leaves Weakening

Shana C
Hey there. I have a rubber tree that when first brought home had very thick leaves with one or so leaves with a spot. I did the typical repotting, inspection of the soil, and a quick leave shine.

Went away on vacation and after a week and a half came home to see the leaves spotted, thinning (the leaf itself, not losing leaves) and spider mites.

It has been in indirect light on the balcony while being treated for the mites. Today, I repotted, cleaned leaves, went in a plucked leaves that were losing color altogether, as well went in with a q-tip to clear webs at joints.

It is shiny from a bit of neem oil but that is all I have put on the plant. Is there anything additional I should do? Rubber tree leaves are not flimsy however mine has remarkably thin leaves. I do not typically fertilize after September but should I give this one last boost to help it recover over the winter?

Any tips are appreciated!
