I have PB in one of my bedrooms. It's a wonderful color. I would look for a white that blends with your tile. I think PB will be fine with that. Antique white, though sounds more yellowy or beige and I don't think that would look as good.

Check out Duron's Colors of Historic Charleston and Carolina Low Country Collection. Duron is owned by Sherwin Williams, so all the colors are available even though they don't carry the color cards in house. SW will match BM colors too. BM has some historic color collections. Buyaurapaint.com has a comprehensive listing of their colors. If you click on the color it will show you the LRV Light Reflective Value rating and sometimes tell you whether the color has a warm or a cool undertone. I have found this immensely helpful. Lastly, check out Lowes if you have one in your area. Their Valspar line has National Trust Historic Paint color palettes. I'll post the link below. If you find something you like, you can get SW to match it for you. A tip about Sherwin Williams. Go when it's not busy, typically a weekday after 10 am. The pros are all in there first thing in the morning. It might not be the right time to get someone to work on matching a sample. I've gone in in the mid morning or early afternoon and find that I have the sales person's undivided attention and get the match I'm looking for. BTW, two SW off whites I like are Westhighland White SW7566 (lighter) and Restful White 7563. Dover White 6385 is also pretty, but a bit yellow-er. Rhome is right. The difference between a white kitchen and an all wood room is huge. Will your new kitchen have a lot of natural light? I'm biased because I know I couldn't live in a kitchen that was all stained wood, but a stained kitchen with wood floors in a space without a lot of natural light reads dark and heavy. Sometimes that can feel cozy and comforting to people. Thinking about Rhome's questions, the Sweeby test, and looking at kitchens online will hopefully help to narrow in on the feeling you want to create. As to the glazing, this has been discussed often. You could search around here to read some of the discussions. A lot of people feel that a glaze on white or creamy cabs is dated, and that it makes the cabs look dirty. I feel like getting out a sponge and scrubbing cabs like that, myself. I painted the dark 70's wood cabs in my house 12 years ago and I glazed and crackled them. (hey, it was the 90's!). Soon after, I thought they looked dirty and wished I hadn't done it. Tastes change. You could always have them installed without glaze and have it done later if you really miss it. We moved into our forever home last year. The kitchen and bath cabinets and layouts were the one of the things that didn't really work for us. the first thing we did was change the cabinet hardware and wall colors in the whole house. First step in making it better. We now like the kitchen layout and cabinets, they grew on us. The added expense of changing everything wasn't worth it to us. And we are okay with that. Just saying this to be another voice to live with it for awhile. Put the color you love on the wall instead of the cabinets and decorate with it. If you decide in a while you need to change the expensive things, you will have had time to figure out what works and what doesn't in its current layout. And already have the things to coordonate with it. I think the flooring and countertop would look nice with navy walls and copper accents. I would forget the sink. but it is your house. do what will make you happy. We still plan on changing the master bath/closet/laundry area of our home. But adding a garage comes before that. Priorities. Have fun making your new house your home.
