help with grout color selection needed
Comments (9)Not to throw a monkey wrench in your plans but have you checked Mapei epoxy grout?? If still want to go with SpectraLoc from Laticrete could look at silver shadow, light pewter, smoke grey, sterling silver, natural grey, slate grey, or platinum. I would bring the tiles with me to the store and see which color stick sample looks best....See MoreFire and Ice - need help with grout color!
Comments (3)Forgot that you said you were going to enhance. Check out morton5 kitchen. She used kashmir grout with her madura gold granite. She enhanced. Jodi and I did not. Also berryberry but not sure about grout choice. Poorowner at some point stated natural gray or tan color. With so many color variations in the fire and ice you can use a lot of different colors for grout. My granite has gray in it which is why I wanted a light gray color grout. Good luck!!...See MoreNeed help with orange clay spots on white grout
Comments (7)kats737 - thanks so much! I'm feeling better now. I was embarrassed to admit I hadn't really cleaned my shower so hearing you made it about a year with no cleansers makes me feel better hehehe... It makes sense that it could be mold/bacteria because I noticed a couple spots under the mosaic glass tile (where is hits the floor tile), and thought - there shouldn't be any orange clay there, so that had me scratching my head. I'll get a good cleanser and try something this weekend. Thanks again....See MoreMSI Calacatta Laza: Need backsplash and wall color ideas please!!
Comments (8)Hello! This one I did recently with a stone top nearly identical to yours. Just an idea to help get your started. (Honestly about anything goes with the Laza!) Probably the green walls are not for you (she loves green!), but the glass mosaic is stunning. Arizona Tile carries it. Once you choose the backsplash, paint will become much easier. Alternatively, use the same stone for the backsplash! It's a super clean, elegant look (might be a little difficult to see in this photo, but we did the backslash in the same stone as the counter)....See MoreBeth H. :
