Thanks Pepperidge Farm, that helps! I have seen and admired Casey's gorgeous bathroom before. Never really noticed the grout ,though. I would not be concerned about using different grout colors if the wall and floor tile were not both white. I would love to replace the wall tile, but it's not currently in the budget. So, I definitely want it to fade into the background. BTW, I love your bathroom. I have been lusting over your shower glass. We have basically the same configuration as you, glass w/be80" high,etc. We are getting our glass installed on Saturday, and the glass guy is recommending we put metal clamps on the corners instead of just relying on silicone. I keep seeing your beautiful glass, however, and much prefer the cleaner look. Anyway...thanks again for the color advice, definitely not my forte.

Nice choices! I love the pop of color you have in the accent tile. If you choose white or light grout color then the marble pieces will look more uniform since the tile will be close in color to the grout. The opposite holds true with the larger gray tiles - these tiles will "pop" because the lighter grout will have a contrasting effect. I think you're fine going either way. It's more of - which tiles do you want to "pop" more... What tiles are going on the floor (if any)? If you have to choose a grout color for the floor then I'm always a fan of darker grout to help hide dirt/stains down the road because the grout will get darker with time if it's on a floor that gets used.

You shouldn't rip it out and re-do it because that means you have to re-do the whole shower which means re-doing the waterproofing. That would be somewhere in the neighborhood of 6-9K. If you don't like that it will be permanently etched, ask a stone restoration company to come take and look and talk to you about what can be done. Your local fabricators will probably be able to give you some references.
