Bought one of those cocktail trees from Hirts a few months back. It was impulsive as they strike me as a little "cutesy" and not serious trees. The lemon and lImequat's roots are intertwined and no way to separate. Lemon looked sickly and yellow leafed on arrival, but the limequat fine. The lemon has dropped some leaves but just noticed a few bursts of green on the branches. Someday 10 years from now want to be drinking gin and tonics and whiskey sours even though I don't imbibe- yet.

Murcott Afourer mandarin (presumed -- could possibly be Tango) Keraji mandarin Sugar Belle hybrid Shiranui hybrid - fruiting Clementine x Yuzu mandarin - fruiting Indio Mandarinquat (x 3) Pixie mandarin (bud graft that is still green but has not pushed yet!) ORANGE: Panzarella orange POMMELO OR POMMELO HYBRIDS: Oroblanco hybrid - fruiting LIME, LEMON OR LEMON HYBRIDS: Key lime - fruiting Meyer lemon - fruiting PONCIRUS TRIFOLIATA HYBRIDS: Citrandarin (Poncirus trifoliata x mandarin) in ground - fruiting Citrumelo (in ground and used for rootstock) - fruiting Tai-tri (Taiwanica x P. trifoliata) in ground and used for rootstock. SMALL SEEDLINGS: Sweet lemon, Mandarinquat, Sour orange. RECENT GRAFTS (NOT SURE IF SUCCESSFUL): Washington Navel So yeah, I'm done. No more until I can get fruit from all these and evaluate. Unless I can find a good lemon! LOL!

Hello Steve. I am happy to see that the trees I gave you several years ago are still alive and growing well. For some unknown reason this forum would no longer let me send messages or pictures from my Samsung Note phone. I always had problems sending photos but then I couldn’t even send messages and still can’t. I could read the forums but not converse with everyone. I have an IPad now and am hoping I will be able to connect using it. So far it looks like it is working as it is not erasing my typing. I had a hard time finding my way to the citrus discussions from the houzz home page. I’m not really sure how I finally got here. I have it bookmarked on my phone so I know it still exists, but I couldn’t figure out where it is buried on the Houzz site. I think I got here searching Poncirusguy and Meyermike but there must be an easier way. Anyway, I am still growing citrus and they are still outside and will probably have to come back in the greenhouse tomorrow if I am able to fit them inside. Hard to say, but I can tell you that Kumquats and Limes are the only citrus that Saxon Becnel does not graft onto Kuharski they graft these onto C-22. This is according to an email from Ricky Becnel a year or two ago.
