The shower is going to be in the middle of the room? I'm guessing that you'll need to have something custom fabricated. It's unlikely you'll find anything off-the-shelf. The glass will need to be heavy plate, or you'll need some sort of framing to support the glass. How are you thinking you'll handle the plumbing, if all four walls are glass?

Well, that changes things. I'd still put the door on the long side furthest from the toilet. A simple door is probably best. A sliding door probably means a track and tracks tend to collect yuk. I'd put the hinge on the toilet side, but either would do. My in-laws put in a sink like the one you're looking at into their very tiny only bathroom maybe 5'0" x 9'8". It looked good. The problem is you need other surfaces to set things on like soap, hairbrush, toothbrush. I like hiding the plumbing. This is an adobe house and there were some issues with the 1940's plumbing, so we had to make some repairs in the tub/shower (adobe walls on two sides covered in concrete) and took the opportunity to refresh the bathroom. One of the things we did was to replace the good looking sink with a more functional small vanity. The three kids who live there were so excited! They also liked the new medicine cabinet, the light that was actually bright, and the turquoise bottom half of the room. Small things.

I just accidentally went through this same debate with my bathroom remodel, which involved replacing a tub with a curbless shower. Here's what happened. When the plumber finished with his work, we wanted to test the shower, but of course I didn't have the glass installed (or even ordered) yet, so we took down the shower curtain and rod from the other bathroom and put it up to run the shower. And to my surprise, even with a curbless shower, the curtain worked fine! I figured I just saved myself about $2500 not buying the glass, and if I change my mind, the blocking is all still in the wall, ready for glass. Also, in my particular case, since this was a remodel, I had wanted a larger shower area and to move the toilet about 6 inches over to so that it wasn't too close to the glass shower wall (bumping my elbow when sitting on the john). However, the plumber strongly recommended against moving the toilet, especially since my house is on a slab foundation. In fact, he said, "I've got two kids in college - I'd be happy to take your money. But moving toilets often opens a whole can of worms and if it was my house, I wouldn't do it." I appreciated his honesty on that. Finally, my other consideration in this bathroom remodel and having the curbless shower was that I thought one of my elderly parents would be living with me at some point, and that it would need to be either walker- or wheelchair-accessible. The shower curtain lets me move the shower "wall" completely out of the way of the toilet, making both shower and toilet wheelchair-accessible.

I was also going to suggest that the doors are not installed level. On the older style of slider or bypass doors you were able to adjust the roller bracket to bring to doors into level. I'm not sure what adjustments are available on the newer type of slider, which I assume is a set of rollers which roll on a bar. I would start by checking the level of the bar.
