Perhaps you could wall mount the TV on a fully articulated arm either side of the FP, but higher than mantel level. It can be lowered and tilted down for optimal viewing and the sofa can float facing the FP with a pair of swivel chairs right and left of a coffee table. What is outside the windows? They look quite boring compared with the FP. Could they be replaced with a set of French doors leading to a patio or porch?

I like the idea of a couch and two accent chairs. With a sectional, your room would barely have room for one accent chair and it would feel very cramped. I like the arrangement in your second photo best. Do you need the ottoman? The ottoman seems to be taking up space perfect for a small coffee table.

A floor plan should be your first step, with exact measurements, etc. Find a good on line room planner and experiment with different configurations, based on how you want room to function. You won’t know what room can handle until this is done and until you have determined your needs, ie: couches, sectionals, and chair combinations. Two identical sized seating areas grounded by two rugs. Or each side different Or a really large area with a smaller intimate space Would you like seating by window, a place to nap, does a tv need to be considered, etc Once you have layout figured out, there will be all the other decisions. Size of furniture, best fabrics for your lifestyle, accessories, etc. It may be worth hiring someone and with the discounts they benefit from, it may be worth it if you are buying for the whole room from scratch
