There is also a plant sale the same weekend, There is cost for that... but people should enter there roses and.or go. A method that allows plants and trees to set their own ph, saves more than 90% water, plants and trees can over winter in frozen and revive year after year. Works on " all" plants and you build it from commonly used recycled plastic. No electric necessary because it works on sunlight. T his method was created because of my concerns over global warming and Urban gardening. There's even methods of growing up walls. Can be done on large scale with very little investment other than time. Can be done with out before hand knowledge or skill. Even done by those with disabilities.
