eld6161 - yes it does. I usually go to Lincoln Center Cinemas which is included. It also includes Lincoln Center Film Forum, as well as IFC and Angelika Film Center. Many more theaters too, I just double checked to see if those particular ones were listed, as they all show independent/foreign films.

Bluebell, I have a family calendar that dh can see. He adds things to that calendar that pertain just to family but keeps his work stuff on a separate calendar. I think I had to "share" my calendar with him. Basically I keep everything for our family there, then he adds things that affect the family - for example, if he has a business trip, he will add that to my calendar so that I can keep track of when he is gone. I will fool around with it and let you know. Do you already use Google calendar or just your dh? I love the google calendar b/c I have assigned each kid/parent a color so that when I look at a quick glance, if the appt is purple, I know it's my youngest daughter, etc. Things that are for the whole family have their own color, etc. The one thing I would love to figure out is how to get certain appointments to sync with my google calendar rather than ical (I use all Apple products). For example, if I book a flight and it asks if I want to add it to my calendar, it adds it to ical, not my google calendar. I never use ical, though I have the app on my desktop and my phone so on rare occasions someone has a flight, at least I can look there to find the info easily. But I'd much rather have it sync to my google calendar. Same when I get invited to a meeting. I have a monthly meeting and the president sends out an invite or meeting request, or something like that but it syncs to ical, not google. I have no idea if there is a way to make it sync with google. Otherwise, I love my Google calendar. I never thought I'd like using an online calendar vs. pen and paper, but I've grown to accept it. Tho occasionally I will print out my google calendar and post on our home bulletin board.

DYH, I dont have an opinion on the Apple Watch but hope you don’t mind if I respond to Nini, about my Garmin Watch. Last year, the band on my old Garmin Foreunner 110, which I only used for running, broke. Because of the design, the band is actually part of the watch so I couldn’t just order a new band. I looked online and the replacement was something like $50! What?! The watch was fairly old so didn’t seem worth it to pay $50 for a band at that point. So I called and they said they could replace it for $25 but I still had to send the whole thing in. Before I got around to doing that, dh surprised me with a new one. While not an Apple Watch (I actually get asked that about my Garmin all the time), it does receive text messages and phone calls. I’m sure it does a few other things but that’s all Ive found convenient. I do wear it 90% of the time because I rarely get dressed up and I like all the exercise features. I use it for running but also like to see how many steps I take, how much I’m sleeping, etc. The nice thing about having it synced with my phone is that if my phone is in my purse or elsewhere in the house, etc, I know right away if someone is texting or calling me. If I’m talking with someone, I can discreetly look at my watch to see who it is and make a mental note to call or text later. It definitely doesn’t have all the features of an Apple Watch, and honestly I don’t need that. But if you aren’t keen on replacing yours (I would be annoyed too!), maybe look at the Garmin. Mine is the Forerunner 35.

Can anybody recommend a simple and free room planning app that works on a laptop? I don't want to use a phone app. since the screen is so tiny. I thought Houzz had one, but don't see it on this site. Thanks!
