Aloe Vera turning white and wilting (Help!)

Nobody in my household cares about the plant-babies like I do, I need some advice from some people who get me.

Nobody in my household cares about the plant-babies like I do, I need some advice from some people who get me. I'm quite sure I'm not overwatering it, and I'm quite sure I'm not underwatering it, but I did repot it one week ago. The symptoms started before I repotted. When I repotted there were no signs of rot but it was somewhat rootbound. I get that repotting is a shock, but one week later it's just gotten worse and worse. The new soil is a mix of potting soil and perlite.

My suspicion was that it wasn't getting enough sun in its spot on our floor, so I moved it outside. Unfortunately we're experiencing a heat wave, so it got more sun, started to sunburn on the tips but continued getting paler and paler. The leaves are now quite soft and starting to bend.

Help! Is it all the things? Is it none of these things? Does it just need time? Should I stick a grow light on it?
