Trim cap on beadboard?

Kat

We have redone most of the trim in our cottage home to a craftsman style. Framed out each door and window top with a craftsman finish. 6" high baseboards in main living area including master bedroom and 4" in secondary bedrooms and bathrooms. The only thing that's probably not authentically craftsman looking is the crown and I've never thought it looked odd

We are currently renovating our master bathroom. It's a room I want to feel a bit more on the elegant side. We are using marble flooring and tile for shower and I want something on the walls. I love the marble, but do want to avoid a cold feeling in there. Was thinking a beadboard with a trim cap would help soften the coolness of the marble.

Could we get away with a soft ridged trim to warm things up a bit?
