Choppy Cape Cod galley kitchen HELP please!!!

This is a redux of an adorable new to us 1942 Cape Cod. The cabinets will be coming down next week, but we poked a few holes and think these dimensions are fairly accurate. We would like to get an idea of the layout before we start taking down walls.

Although it has been expanded to about 3,300 sq ft, the home remains very cute and cottage-y among much more stately homes. So while it doesn't make sense to sink a ton of money in, it does make sense to make the kitchen functional.

We will be looking at stock or semi-custom cabinetry. The appliances will stay: 30" Viking Range, new KA DW. Standard french door refrigerator has a dent, which if we can't get out we might replace with counter depth.

It's a shame the cabinets are so tired—Woodmode with really neat wheel hinges that appear to be original to the house. We are happy that Habitat for Humanity will be able to put them to good use.

One of the goals is to keep it as an "eat in" kitchen if possible.

Thanks so much for help with this project!!!
