Help with Bobo Hydrangeas

Hello All - I recently planted two Bobo Hydrangeas, which were in three-gallon pots. I initially noticed that many of the leaves were turning spotty. Then, a few weeks later, I noticed many of the branches are not as perky as they should be, but more importantly, their branches are part brown. The brown goes about 3/4 the way up and then they turn green. Has anyone had this issue? What do I do? Thank you!
