Comments (5)Hello Dranomax, What Don555 stated is true. You can either keep them under florescent lights protected indoors overwinter or do as nature intended and let them go dormant in lower photoperiods and colder weather. I am going to simulate dormancy with an ice chest for my North American plants, including my seedling Sarracenias and Flytraps. Drosera do grow a bit faster than other carnivorous plants, so what would happen is that they would mature a bit faster and really need a dormancy next year. You really do not need to be overprotective about dormancy for young plants but some people simply like to provide longer growing cycles when they are seedlings to really get them started....See MoreOdd Anomaly-2 yellow and 3 verigated pink petals
