Comments (60)Another vote for having a list of one's own postings; your profile page would be a good place, and is currently underused anyway. It would also be helpful to have the USENET protocol of the choice between collapsing and expanding threads, wherein you can see the names of all posters to a particular thread and the dates of each of their posts (but you'd have to click on the name to read what they posted). This is another way of "following" posters whose comments you are particularly interested in. Yes to a better search feature; Google currently works better than GW's. Yes to previews appearing at the end of the thread. No's to liking, quoting and signature files....See MoreDoes anyone else feel like GW just got 'side lined' into Houzz?
Comments (40)I have always loved Houzz and used their pictures as inspiration for my kitchen reno, however, it was GW that helped me pull it all together. I got actual sources, advice, support and, dare I say it, "love" from GW. A totally different thing from what I've used Houzz for. This merger doesn't make sense to me, unless Houzz was somehow worried about the power GWers had on large purchasing decisions. If you like the GW enough to buy it; then let it be. It wasn't broken. Thanks for the opportunity to say my piece....See MoreHOUZZ fascism strikes again!
Comments (41)roseangellyn, you don't have messages enabled on your profile, so I can't contact you. To enable messages, hover over "Your Houzz" in the upper right corner of the page. From the list on the left of that page, click "edit profile". Go to advanced settings, scroll to the bottom of the page, you'll see "who can message me". Choose "allow anyone to message me", click "update". After you do this, a "message" option will appear for me on your page. Let me know when you get it done and I'll be glad to send a message ;) John...See MoreHOUZZ is so screwed up . . .
Comments (115)Yep, I totally agree with you as to how screwd up Houzz is. As we go to their website to order an outside table, 3 times we made an order and we're told about thd ETA of our order, but as it get closer to the delivery date, that's when they'll email us telling us that the table is Out of Stock???? How crazy is that? And not just once but 3 times? Seems like Houzz have a lousy communication with their sellers. The right hand have no idea what the left hand is doing. So, I took the pleasure to Uninstall Houzz totally. Goobye Houzz. We don't have to deal with you anymore....See MoreBlueberryBundtcake - 6a/5b MA
