Update on plant ID tags- found perfect fastener for I.D. tag to stake

After extensive testing, I have found the absolute perfect, secure, attractive way to attach my aluminum pet-turned-plant ID tags to the aluminum tent stakes I mount them on. It eliminates the play the other fasteners had, which allowed the ID tags to become twisted, turned to the back, etc. And wasn't it a pain to have to bend down l-o-w to turn them right side again! The Chicago Screw Co. (chicagoscrews.com) has now come out with a 1/8" diameter screw post, which DOES fit through the hole in my Coghlan aluminum tent stakes and the ID tag itself. The standard screw post was too fat to fit. This new 1/8" one, which I don't think any other company currently carries, does the trick. I just ordered a whole slew of them, to redo all my plant ID tags, and to allow for the "landscape workers" destroying and losing some of my plant ID tags as I discovered this spring.
