Help! Phoenix Canariensis is dying

Vaiva de Chatte

Hi. I recently bought this palm and it was in a broken pot. It was also sprayed with something yellowish green which was impossible to wash away. It had black spots on the leaves as well and it was bright light colour. I repotted the palm into seramis. When I repotted it I saw there were some 1 cm long symphilids. So I sprayed the palm with the pesticide. Since repotting it seems to be dying very fast. Leaves are turning yellow. It's on the balcony in full sun. If it's cold I bring it in. I water it sufficiently. What can I do? Is it possible to save it?
