Laura It shouldn't be difficult to separate them - there seems to be lots of space between individual plants. You can behead them - chop off top part of plant (best to use sharp knife), let callous and pot up. You can pot up lower part (leftover trunk with roots) & you could get some new babies sprouting from it. It would be good to improve your potting mix, this one looks pretty peaty (hard to tell from your photo). They would enjoy more gritty mix - much better drainage. There are some skinny & tall plants in the background - are they succulents? My first thought was rain spots, but why wouldn't the new growth at the center be affected? Hoovb, how quickly would that spread to plants on the other side of the house? Mai had a microscopic mite attack an Aeonium & other plants a couple years ago- not visible with the naked eye and no webbing. Exceedingly difficult to figure out. Have you tried clicking the leaves over a white sheet of paper? You can then examine the paper with a magnifying glass or loop. Might even see movement with the naked eye. I would also like to know about that stunning purple plant. Your plants are all beautiful from what I can see.

Left is Senecio radicans, or string of bananas Right is Portulacaria afra variegata Middle looks like maybe Graptoveria or Echeveria, they generally have the same care, there's something called Graptoveria purple delight that looks very similar but I'm not positive Does that bowl have a hole in the bottom? If not, I'd think of switching to something else, as drainage holes are pretty much essential for succulents so that they don't rot. Well draining C&S soil is also a must I would suggest potting the grapto/echeveria and the P afra separately as well. PA tends to need a lot more water than other succulents
