Does anyone know what’s happening to my plumeria?

I got this plant earlier this year. It’s done spectacularly well up until now. I’ve noticed a lot of the new leaves are growing with brown spots all over them. The older leaves still appear healthy but some of the new leaves almost look burned. I thought maybe it was sunburn as we live in Arizona and its getting pretty hot but the leaves have continued to grow this way even after reducing the amount of intense afternoon heat it’s getting. I’ve also noticed the newer leaves that have opened appear to “bleed” in the early morning and late afternoon in certain spots even though there isn’t any obvious damage to them.

Any help is appreciated!! I’m new to the plumeria world and I really want these to grow!!

Hmm, actually looks pretty healthy to me? Are any of the leaves malformed, or wavy/curly? If so that could be some sort of insect issue- but again from the photos this doesn't look bad unless I'm not looking in the right spot :)

I might just be paranoid. The new leaves coming up seem to be discolored.

I've had a problem similar to that this year, but I grow in pots. If it's what I had, it behaves like southern blight, but no little orange balls. It effected the smaller eyes. I had it on three hosta. This is what I would do it it were mine: 1. I'd mix up a batch of hydrogen peroxide 10% with 90 percent water. 2. I would take some more photos 3. Clean out the nasties as best you can and spray the area close to the ground where the nasties are with the solution. 4. Send those pictures to Chris at Hallson's or email him to look at the photos you have posted. If it is thrips, you will be able to see damage in the white part of the rose. That is where it shows up most clearly. You will see brown streaks or tiny brown spots. In your case I would be tempted to leave it for a few days just to find out for sure which one is causing it. Once you know you can remove any damaged roses promptly. This may reduce (but not eliminate) the spread of the thrips. You'll probably take the proliferating ones off as well but it's not so important in that case. Rosefolly

Hey all! I have these plants silly me thru out the tag so can’t remember but I think they are Janet Craig! can anyone confirm this? one of them had mites Which I treated but it still isn’t great any opinions (can see in pic one to right has less leaves) ? Also how the h do I get rid of gnat flies they are in all my plants especially my peace lily! I have tried the banana trap didn’t work! do they need to be repotted because they could not be infested? thanks all!

I’m starting to think there might be an insect issue however. One of my other cuttings has an inflo on it and has begun dropping buds like crazy all of a sudden :( They go from healthy looking to turning black and falling off within what seems like hours. I’ve lost 3 already this morning.
