Sofa table behind reclining sofa
Comments (10)Hi, I'm not the original poster but I came here with the same issue, lol. I may go with a lower short table for part of the couch and a plant or something else to balance for the rest, like another suggested. I could do my long credenza behind it but I have to have about 8" of space between back of couch and back of sofa...deciding if it looks weird or not at the moment....See MoreNew electric wall hugger reclining sofa.
Comments (14)thank you' Roseabby, Ingrid, nutsaboutplants and Yayagal. :) We have two leather chairs and a red chair in this room. This was also available in dark brown, but I tried to match the brown in the rug. Really, it's dreamy ( literally ) as we spend more time dreaming in it than watching TV :) The big dark cushions came with it. My side is the side by the charging table, the other side is my head guys side. I managed to scurry up two willing little guys for a test drive....See MoreMechanical vs Power Reclining Sofas
Comments (3)Motion furniture mechanisms will fail at some point. The better quality mechanisms use a higher grade steel, hardened riveted pins and are better engineered. Their motors much better built and this goes without saying: Built in the USA. Actually a power mechanism will outlast a mechanical mechanism because the power actually reduces the stress applied on the joints and supporting structure, compared to someone using brute force or leverage to open/close the mechanism. The problem lies if your purchasing lesser expensive power mechanisms made in China, as these are cheaply built motors and mechanisms, so your better off not getting the power units as it is "just one more thing to break"....See MoreSofa problems, need to match chocolate reclining sofa
Comments (2)Can we see a picture of your room? Not sure if you need one or two chairs? Reclining chair? Love seat? Since you can't get a matching love seat, I would choose a color that goes with what you have.....like light brown or beige or a figured chair with brown in it....See Morehollybar
