Comments (2)Thanks! I always thought aphids were white or light green (what I see on my veggies from time to time)so I never considered them as a possibilty here. Would spraying them off with a hose be acceptable to rubbing them off? Even with gloves on, I know I'll be "feeling" them all over for days.......See MoreHelp! Comments (12)As written in the article linked above, "Damage - Stink bugs inflict mechanical injury to the seed as well as transmit the yeast-spot disease organism. The degree of damage caused by this pest depends to some extent on the developmental stage of the seed when it is pierced by the stink bug's needlelike mouthparts.
