Screened-In Porch Screening Recommendations?
Comments (6)Fibreglas. Non-rusting, insect-proof, easy to clean. Available and comparatively low-cost. Black mesh always seems "transparent" compared to silver or colored. I've read about the Kevlar, which is used in house alarm systems. Locally, I haven't seen it in rolls for DIY....See MoreScreened in porch screenings?
Comments (0)I received sample screening from pfifer for screened in porch. I currently have aluminum screening but it's starting to wear. I've owned the house 10 years but I know it was don't much earlier then that. Mosquitoes, bees, stink bugs are the ones in looking to keep out. But I noticed birds hitting into the screen by accident. They have a pet screen which seems to be good but they don't have durability of a bird making a joke in it. I read allot about all the types but don't want to keep patching spots. I know the current viewing is clear where you can't tell I have it screened. It's nice keeping the bugs out.
